Hey There!
I am SO excited about this class I can barely contain it! Thanks for joining in. This class will be a lot of sweating, music, fitness and fun.
I think working out should be fun and we don't want our bodies to adapt by doing the same thing every time. That would get boring and wouldn't do us much good so I like to mix things up. We will probably try step, circuit, yoga, Zumba, Turbokick, Pilates and maybe even a little Doonya. You are not going to like all of the styles that we try and that is totally OK! The first time I did Yoga I HATED it, I have since changed my stance after over a years worth of classes and love it. Feel free to ask if you have a favorite aerobic workout and we will try to work it into the schedule. You don't need to be a fitness junky to get a lot out of this class. Show up, make an effort and you will see improvement. You can start at any level and I can modify each routine so you CAN do it. Signing up was the first step! Can't wait to take more! |
